Return Items

We accept all returned items that reach us within 7 days, do email us and let us know. SALE ITEMS are non-refundable/exchangeable
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:

1. Send us an e-mail to explaining the reason for your return. Remember to also provide us with your name, contact number, address and your order number.

2. After your request has been approved, we will send you an e-mail authorizing you to send us back the products. The email will also include the appropriate instructions and destination address. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging. If you wish to return the item without exchanging design we will charge a process fee of 10% from the price.

The item I like is sold out. Do you restock items?
Just let us know if there are any particular designs that you wish to have, and we will forward it to our HQ.

Can you let me know when an item has been restocked?
Unfortunately, we are unable to update individuals on restock (except in certain circumstances). We will update our website/FB/instagram regularly if there is any restock so do follow us and subscribe to keep yourself updated.

How do I purchase a product from your website?

Upon selecting the desired product, press the “Add To (Cart/Bag)” option to add the desired product into the shopping cart. You may continue to shop and add more products into the cart. Once satisfied with shopping, simply click onto the checkout option that will direct you to the checkout page. Here, there would be a list of pending checkout products. Proceed by clicking on the checkout button. Fill in the particulars and choose payment service to complete the purchase. The product will then be delivered by PosLaju to your stated address.

I’ve just confirmed my order; can I add other items to it?

Unfortunately we cannot amend your order once you have submitted it. We are really quick at picking and packing your order and it may have been processed already. If your order has been despatched then you will need to make another order or await delivery to return the items.

Do I need to register to shop?
