Terms and conditions

1. Dropship agent must proof us your channel of sales whichever you are selling the items on a website or blog or social media media websites ie; Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.
2. Dropship agent must adhere to our “Return & Exchange Policy”.
3. Dropship agent must adhere to our “Shipping Policy”.
4. Upon registration, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data (name, address, telephone number, debit/credit card information and email address) provided by you is accurate. This data is to fulfill your order and to communicate with you about your order.
5. There’s commitment fee charged to you in order to keep your membership activated for the set period. To join our dropship program, you shall pay the fee as commitment or joining fee and its will not refundable.
6. Dropshipping, or allowing a third party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is generally acceptable. If you intend to fulfill orders using a dropshipper, you must always;
7. Be the seller of record of your products;
8. Identify yourself as the seller of your products on all packing slips and other information included or provided in connection with them;
9. Be responsible for accepting and processing customer returns of your products; and
10. Comply with all other terms of your seller agreement and applicable Company’s policies.
11. The company may restrict, suspend or terminate the use of the services and your membership without notifying the user in the following instances;
12. not following recommended selling price range.
13. when it is likely that claims or proceedings may be brought against the Company by third parties due to circumstances that are connected to the User’s use of the Services, including, without limitation, where the Services are used as a channel for worm-type viruses and spam;
14. when it is not possible to establish contact with the User through telephone, fax and/or email;
15. when postal mail addressed to the User is returned to the Company 17
16. The Company shall not bear any responsibility for any damages or losses that the User may sustain due to the User’s inability to use the Services.
